What does the tag [PSA] stand for? Every post with this tag gets boned to death for incorrect use of the term, but nowhere can a description of the correct use be found. A google search for 'PSA acronym' gives me a huge list ranging from Prostate-Specific Antigen to Pot Smokers of America.
Please Stay Away (joke stolen from RasFTW) It actually means Public Service Announcement but these forums can defy logic
No one ever uses it correctly. There has recently been a thing where people are using the [Suggestion] tag and not even making a suggestion in their post
Yup, a public announcement, something the entire community should know. An example would be https://forums.station.sony.com/ps2...t-clairification-and-refund-confusion.163704/ with a correctly used psa tag. Ofc, since it's available to brainless forum monkeys and trolls, it gets used in every rant thread.
Public Service Announcement. It is just intended to provide news or satirical news about developments, or personal discoveries of note that might be of benefit to the wider public.
