so since there're no plans to fix the hits not registering in close combat. what do you do when it happens? I found that strarting to jump around like crazy and turn your weapons left and right a bit very fast helps.
If someone is so close to you that your weapon passes either side of them then move backwards and shoot. I seem to have had two instances where I was hitting someone that was about 5 meters from me with Scattercannons and was doing zero damage. In those two instances, I MAX charged away. Also had instances recently where Bursters were doing no damage to air vehicles. I swapped out my Bursters for something else for a while.
Hate to say it the only way i fix this issue is to exit the game completely then start it back up agian. Though the recent patches are having this happen more. Usually my duel buster gets it and its like anything closer then 50meters it doesnt hit.
