Same here. It appears on the majority of screens. loadout, character select, the map, etc. a 1/3rd of the screen just blank black or wrong
You can actually do this without the GUI in the way on the live server by pressing esc, hovering over the 'log out' button and then pressing control+f10. Then click where the logout button used to be and you have a poor mans observer cam to play with Also, I'm getting this bug as well on 1920x1080.
I was getting the same thing as well on 1920x1080 resolution. The entire right side of the UI in game for me was missing. Had to use the centralized UI setting to see my clip size/ammo/health/shields. When I had a vehicle I couldn't see its health due to it being on the right side of the screen.
