Though frequently frustrating as targets eat a head shot and run off, or survive 3-4 body shots only for someone else to finish them off, I did rack up a good 5-600 kills in two days with the Spectre. I feel that the zero drop and ability to simply continue firing makes it a good starter weapon. I found it very good for removing engineers from MANA turrets in particular - the invisible hit box requires extreme precision in many situations, and having a perfect straight-line projectile just removes all the guess work. As for tweaks, it should recover to 0 CoF more quickly and have access to 3.4x/4x optics imo.
