It started happening today. When program starts from the launcher, it immedeatly goes to a black screen but featuring elements of the infantry UI (not character selection screen). Game crashes to desktop shortly afterwards. Here's a short video of what it looks like: Yes, it says "NAME/NAME" on the left above the cert icon.
