Yes the 'buff' is on both versions if you call 2 more shots at the cost of alot of damage and pellets and reload a buff.
I don't mind the pellet damage that much since having pellets that does as much damage as a basilisk (250) is silly. Around 200 would be good. But the number of pellets should not be reduced.
I said it the first time they mentioned ES weapons on the Harasser. You can not put the Vulcan on the Harasser, it would become beyond a joke of OPness.
