Three times now I've noticed that vehicle terminals hack themselves (with no infiltrator). It happens soon after a map change and it happens to many bases and usually during a slow server time. The last time, I was in the process of destroying a hacked terminal to repair it, and without anybody being in the base (according to the map) another terminal unhacked itself.
