[Suggestion] Vanu Archives needs improvements for attackers, e.g. Sunderer shelter at teleporter

At the moment it's incredibly hard to get a sunderer anywhere near Vanu archives safely, and both jump pads are easily camped by multiple Scatmaxs. Scarred Mesa Skydock has a sunderer shelter at the jump pads, Vanu Archives needs one also.
