Combination of Valk, engineer electrotech, advanced shield capacitors, and no friendly fire penalty for squad mates is leading to engineers knifing eachother in the back of the valk. This gives the valk far and away more survivability than intended. At least, that was the point of nerfing engie repair guns to 1/3 power and limiting them to 1 repairing from the interior. This is giving them far more than that.
