It actually exists. It's called the Xyphos or something like that.

you ever saw a bunch of Infantry being shot at by the Xiphos? They can't do anything because they are laughing their *** off over you trying to hit them.
Tough i got 3 kills with it after 4000shots.

Mount a Shredder there and I think the problem will resolve itself.

Not only do the anti-infantry turrets suck, they're exceedingly rare. I think I've found... 2(?) of them after about a year's worth of play.

A surprising amount of problems could be solved by this exact solution, now that I think about it.

I think I've killed a Lightning with it once. That was a surreal experience.
