If Squad Spawn and Reinforcements Needed are active at the same time, cannot be spawned at spawn markers on the map.
I get the same thing. since the list on the left changes when spawn options are removed or added, the only sure way to get exactly where you want without going somewhere random is by spam clicking the button on the map. Buut when its broke, I have to click on the list all the way over there on the far left side of the screen.
