Description: Pre "04" patch, I was able to engage an enemy (smg to the head or back) and re-cloak / reload immediately. Post patch, I hit the cloak key and get a "brrrt" noise and am unable to re-cloak for a solid 2-3 seconds. Anyone else having this issue as well? Oh...and as you all know...hacking someone out of their turret is acting weird.
Nope. I have noticed that i decloak if i am shooting while i try to cloak, but other than that i haven't noticed any delay. Maybe just lag on your front?
Try checking if your cloak goes down while waiting for the visual to appear. It has a tendency to render slowly and thus (even though you are already cloaked) visually show you as uncloaked for a small time
