I get about same 40-50 thats with 32 gig of Ripjaws 2100, 2x 680 GTX CUII's and 3770 CPU. PHYSX doesn't seem to be too stable for me. it usually crashes the game in a few mins when I run it.

60 frames by PhysX off ? That has to be proved. I got nearly the same system as you but with PhysX off i got only 5-10 frames more than you.

ok its awesoe you got a build that can handle this, but i (and others) dont really give a sh*t. we just want to play the game
  4. Garzin

What do you type in the UserOptions.ini to get this?

So go play the damn game instead of sitting here on the forums giving people ****. Some of us enjoy watching stuff like this.

Nice vid, especially the first 20 seconds look mighty impressive. Raining sparks, rocket impact with screen shaking.

Thanks dude, I wish I knew about editing software...
    * That fraps vid was about 4gbs..
    - Took a while to upload... lol

Wait, until you see bio-lab footage.
    * The SCU unit blowing up is quite interesting.
    - Not to mention the hail of bullets everywhere.
  10. Garzin

    Thanks for the reply.

He could have the adrenaline rush

    Just finished uploading another test.
    * This one, really did push the the system tho.
    - Dropped to around 30-35 FPS.
    - You will be able to see with MSI afterburner.

    Btw noticed something interesting.
    * For how graphics intensive I thought it would be, the GPU barely went over 60% in usage.
    - Thus all the pressure is going towards the processor.

Test : 1920 x 1080p, Ultra Settings , Large Battle, PhysX, SCU unit test.

Well you really only see the effects of physx once in the video and that's when the tank explodes, the rest is how the game is on ultra and it does look good.

Gotta say it looks pretty stupid that a tanks explodes in a thousand little sparks... The best for me are the elevator and medic effects they look awesome.

But I like "Vanu PhysX"

Btw, the PhysX engine is quite interesting.
    * But if your running an SLI config.
    - I'd get a 3rd card, GT9800 and above.

Just tested with my old GTX 460 and its working great as a "dedicated PhysX card".
    * Most of the time, the percentage does not go over 15%.
    - But that depends on the area.

With PhysX, not being associated with my GTX 690 SLI config.
    * The frames did get a jump, at around 15 fps more.

You can see the details at the top left of the screen, for MSI afterburner in this rather large battle.
    GPU1 / GPU 2 : GTX 690
    GPU3 : GTX 460
