##UI. ... problem

    Had this issue in beta, you're using Windows 8?

    Change the language in the launcher (Launchpad) to French or something that its not currently set to, launch the game, once that works change the language back to whatever you were using.

    In fact no need to change language - even re-selecting the correct one (e.g. English) seems to fix this :)
