I really like these new tunnels. I'm sure I'll eventually be able to figure it all out, but I was thinking a nice idea would be to add signs in the tunnels as to which way to where (like the signs you see in airports). Icon to the vehicle station, the SCU, etc.
Also, I'm sure this is a "known issue," the "jump pad" light effect doesn't extend throughout the tunnel (and exists at the intersections where no effect exists).
