[Suggestion] TK medic who dont have max res.

I'm fine with a lvl 1 applicator if they stick with you and heal. If they don't, then I will send them a /tell and tell them they're a bad medic

When the revive window pops up, it should say "character name is attempting to revive you with a level # heal." accept/cancel

That way, if it says lvl 1 revive, and you are surrounded, might not be the best choice. But a max lvl revive would be worth it.
