    i think i saw a NC weapons are OP and directly under it NC weapons are UP a few weeks ago

    i think its because we are getting close to a good balance (i said CLOSE - NOT that its perfectly balanced) with the weapons and the factions

    honestly all that really needs doing is to buff the NC the smallest of fractions and see how it goes
