This fright complex is rooted in every individual.” ― Alfred Hitchcock The Wolves Of Shadespire [TWOS] is a new elite player outfit with one primary objective: to strike fear into the hearts of enemies wherever we go. To this end, we will only be accepting very experienced players -- no exceptions. This outfit will also be comprised only of players who love to fly -- and know how to fly well. If you enjoy a good dogfight, and if the Dalton is your preferred anti-air gun, then this outfit may be for you. Here are the rules for applying: You must have a BR 80+ Vanu character on Connery, and it must be your main character. You must be at least 22 years of age (this is a maturity requirement more than anything, exceptions can be made but will be very rare). You must understand the importance of team morale and how to maintain it. Leadership skills are very important to us. Negativity / drama will not be tolerated! You must be an active player -- playing at least 6 hours per week consistently. You will need to have an array of crucial player certifications. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we'll expect at least the leader certs (spawn beacons, etc.) and various vehicle acquisition timer reductions so that downtime due to lost vehicles is always minimal. You must be a good Scythe pilot. We will spend a lot of time running air squadrons. Here is what to expect: Since this is a brand new outfit, the recruitment phase may take some time. We are not going to sacrifice quality for quantity. You should not expect organized events, forum activity, or other bells and whistles until we have recruited at least 24 players. You will always be treated with respect by your officers and fellow teammates. Mindful voice communications focused on the game. Is it OK to chat in the voice channel? Sometimes, but you should have the maturity and experience to know when it's appropriate and when it isn't. Unless we are hanging out at the warpgate, voice communications should be reserved for situational awareness. If you're not saying something that is valuable to the team's gameplay, put it in text-chat so we can focus on other things, like hearing enemy footsteps or a Mosquito in the distance. Fun. Despite all of the rules and stipulations, we think we understand better than the other guys how to maximize fun in this game. These rules are in service of that aim. We will strictly enforce the rules, but we'll never be dicks about it.
