I've got both of the above on my off-hand. I find the Blueshift fairly good at medium to long but don't really feel that the Nebula makes that much difference at short range. I'm running the default AI gun in my main hand. I want to get at least the Blueshift for Medium/Long range but is the Nebula worth pairing for close work? At the moment from my play experience it doesn't feel like it would be. Am I missing something? Does twin Nebula's suddenly spring to life?
