The new Infiltrator armour is a joke

So some of you may remember a few months back when SOE released some upcoming infiltrator armour which you can see here

These armours were new and unique, even if they needed some tweaking (TR's indicator orbs)

So I log onto the PTS to check out our new armour and what do I find?

What is essentially composite armour, with gold bits strapped to it.

This is beyond a joke, this must have taken 5 mins work of texture timing to slap some gold plates on armour and call it a day, when we had perfectly good armour three months ago we get this.

Its just awful, who in their right mind wants golden plating on their infiltrator? give us back the armour showcased 3 months ago, not this rubbish.

it says right there that the preview is 'stealth' and the selection on PTS is 'gold trim'.

what would you expect out of 'gold trim' otehr than gold trim

But yeah, the gold trim armor looks lame. Not worth buying.

First bras and hotpants and now golden nipples. Yeah.

I personally like them and will be buying both when they come to live. but that's just me.

The NC one looks nice. The TR one is just gold painted Composite lol.

The artistic department has been lacking in quality for a while now.

I thought this was billed as a "gritty" and "realistic" looking game, not Neon dress up extravaganza.

Here is an awesome idea, if you dont like it, dont pay money for it! hard to understand I know.

Who cares? They're only cosmetics.

And they look pretty decent, actually.

Don't like it, don't buy it. Also, don't complain when other people buy it because it's their choice. Deal with it.

I like the new armor...when can we get them? I always thought infils looked pretty damn gay....I feel pretty gay when I get in my Infil suit...skin tight spandex lugging around a gun way to big for the kit...

But those new armor, they look more beefy and bad ***.

Maybe we will get them in the new Infil update...

You're complaining about the gold trim, but completely ignore the lumifiber. At least the gold trim looks nice, the lumifiber is counterproductive to the class.

As much as I'm sure it will look awesome, doesn't lumbifibre on an Infiltrator seem counter productive
