I start up PS2 and the launcher downloads 40MB worth of .. "something". As soon as I get in game I notice that I have lost 40 FPS that has mysteriously gone somewhere since the few hours before this unknown 40MB download. A day or two later, 36MB mystery download and something things are fixed while other things stop working. A few days after that there's a 42MB download, again with no patch notes, and while other things are fixed... my FPS is hosed again. What gives, SOE? Can we get some notes as to what is in all these mystery downloads? You may call them all "server side fixes" or "patches that do not affect the game" but my framerate says otherwise.
