A couple of quick questions about the Impetus: Does it Semi-Auto or does it require a bolt action reload between each shot? Does the crosshair sway when you ADS or is it still? Does it come with an iron sight?
its pretty much the same as the gaus spr, but with low zoom optics, so yes its a semi auto and comes with iron sights. not sure on the ADS would like to know too.
So it is more or less the same as the Shadow? Or are there any way to tell the Shadow apart from the Impetus, besides from looking at the name and model?
Its similar to the shadow, but not the same. the shadow does 334 damage with an RPM of 260 and has better hip fire ( also no sway on optics including 6x ) and because its not a sniper it doesn't have that bullet travel line that other snipers have. the impetus does 400 damage with an RPM of 231 ( not sure on the ADS ) i trialed it for a bit and if im not mistaken it has considerably less recoil. the differences in damage is actually a pain because in the shadows case if the player your shooting at has nano weave it takes 4 body shots to kill rather than the regular 3. the impetus isn't effected by nano weave and does 3 body shots across the board. both do 2 hit head shots
Another thing that was not mentioned in that the Impetus Sniper Rifle DOES have rifle sway when you ADS, the Shadow Scout Rifle does not, but the extra damage and less recoil of the Impetus, far out weigh this fact. It's a little annoying, but you'll still want to use shift to hold your breath before your head shots.
