On a LA section thread about shotguns, i've started wondering if HA+overshield can be one shot by a slug PA shotgun in the head, and it seems no one knows. FYI this is possible with a BASR headshot. One of the repliers also said that he believes (having been on the receiving end), that a BASR cannot go through specifically the HA resist shield. I'd like to test that, for science, which isn't possible in standard VR and the PTS would be ideal since there would be no risk of stat padding detection/accusation/friendly fire block. Anybody willing to help me test that, knowing that i'm within central european timezone (can't see myself testing anything during californian prime time!)?
I could (CET as well). When do you want to do it? I am interested in this because I haven't been OHK'd in the last two years (by shotguns) but in the last two weeks it happened a significant number of times.
Resist shield also mitigates BASR headshot damage which means non-OHK. I've also tested this so I can guarantee.
