Swap facility and Continent Bonuses

    Swap the techplant / Biolab / Amp station bonuses with the continent bonuses!
    Esamire gives you tanks at all bases (change to everyone gets tanks at main facilities, but the buff gives you tanks at towers), Indar gives you turbo charged Turrets, and Amerish gives you passive hP regen. Tech plants reduce tank cost by 15% per tech plant, biolabs reduce infantry costs by %15 and Amp stations reduce Air by 15%. It would also incentivise capturing "all the techplants" for super cheap tanks. It would also have a more immediate impact on the battlefield. NC has 2 amp stations, suddenly they're getting liberators and reavers for 30% less, VS have 3 tech plants, infinite mag-riders. Since the Cost perk would only affect the continent it's on, you would actually notice it when the enemy takes a bunch of a type of facility, there's more of them, it's not because they hold something on a different continent.

    it would Also take a bit of heat off of Eisa Tech plant on Esamire, yet it would still let that faction field more tanks, just not make them the ONLY faction with tanks.

    Currently the adjacency stuff, with connected tech plants is all screwed up, because 1/2 the time, you're hacking a terminal, or stealing a tower garrison, and even if your faction has a tech plant, you can't pull a tank because they don't have one, or your faction doesn't have tech, but since you've hacked their tech plant terminal, then you can, it's silly.

    not all of the continents have the same number of each facility

    instead of doing that just rotate the continent bonuses when you rotate the warpgates. So indar might be flying discount one rotation, etc.

    That just means that certain continents will be inherently cheaper to pull vehicles while other might not be. That way on Esamire, the big tank battle continent, each faction will consistently be able to field a moderate amount of tanks, where as the meat grinder indar continent, everyone will be able to pull more of everything.

    Right now on esamire, Eisa tech plant is the most important base on the continent, and pretty much decides who's going to dominate every fight.
