I have scout radar and i can no longer see sunderers at all. Or have to be almost on top of it. i see by the patch notes that this has been changed, however surely you don't mean them to be invisible to scout radars?!? Doesn't say scout radar gets a major nerf. So hopefully its a bug. A 90% reduction in visibility as well? Damn, thats one hell of a change for a major component of battles! Care to share some rationale? what you are trying to achieve by this?
