This is the error I get when it attempts to install the 11/21 update. I tried restarting but thats it. Unable to write to Exception: Cannot open file - C:/Program Files (x86)/SOE/Planetside 2/PhysX3_x86.dll (13) - http://pls.patch.station.sony.com/p...zs/4a/c85/e74e03c674372572b217843b609a92db588. The file may be in use or you may lack the necessary permissions to install.
I had this same error. It resolved by running the launcher as Admin. Right click on your shortcut and you should have an option to "Run as Administrator" usually this will cause a UAC popup that you have to click "Yes" on to continue.
