Spawn Beacon: How much does each rank give you?

Hey all, I've just got a brief question to those of you who may have dumped a ton of certs into command and squad leadership. I've got rank 2 squad beacon at the moment, and I'm looking at increasing cert costs and wondering if it's worth it to push to have it maxed.

How much does the beacon decrease in spawn time per rank put in? And what is the timer on it if maxed?

Thanks in advance, and if this is a duplicate thread point me in the right direction and I'll be on my way.

15 seconds each rank, making it 1 min when maxed.

Nice to know - thanks. They really ought to put that in the in-game description however.
