I know that this problem might be plaguing some of you. But I found out why and also got a solution for it. It's probably because your pc can't access this ip 64.37.169.11 .You can test that by using tracert 64.37.169.11.In command prompt If you get a bunch of request timed out then we might be having the same problem. SolutionFirst open your launch pad. Click the play button to get the error. keep it open. Then Control panel ----> Internet options ---> find the connections tab ---> look for LAN settings (bottom) Check the box under proxy server and add the ip Confirm everything Now it should work. When the play button is all good you have to uncheck the box mentioned above then everything is back to normal. You won't be able to access the internet until you uncheck it. In my opinion it was happening because the launch pad could not get the patch details for download. Every time you get that problem you can try that but an easier way is to delete the digests folder, found at \AppData\LocalLow\Daybreak Game Company, then starting the launch pad again.
