[Suggestion] solution to ghost continents

    Instead of getting the controlling faction a bonus for capping a continent, give the controlling faction a monopoly over production.
    As of now the current situation favors the zerging faction who has superior numbers and come in one forceful typhoon.

    What i think should happen is that each continent controlled increases the cost of the other factions supplies.

    IE- control Amerish= 5%/10% increase to production costs of the other faction for everything.

    so if that one faction controls all 3 continents, they would have to pay an extra 15% / 30% for vehicles and infantry supplies.

    This would encourage an active defense, and quite possibly bigger more epic fights.

    But there would need to be a change to the way resources are gained. Instead of being gathered from the current continent the player is on it would be world income. This would encourage players that are running low on resources to stay on the current continent instead of going to farm some resources from an allied controlled continent.
    Also resources would need to be reduced by around 55% if they would be obtained from all controlled territories to limit lets say 300+ resources per tick.

    If these suggested ideas could be implemented i feel it will give the loosing faction on a continent a reason to fight instead of ditching and taking over another continent, leaving ghost bases.

    tldr;
    Give people a descent reason to stay and fight on a continent, not a better reason to abandon it.

    Your tldr version doesn't say anything, it's just a bland already overstated generic idea
