Formed on the 10th of January in 2014, our mission in Sol Ex [SOLx] is to serve as a competitive, mature, and fun outfit in Planetside 2 who is focused on tight tactical team play. We have a close-knit outfit, which we plan on keeping relatively small and effective. We regularly run private squads, casual squads, and offer competetive play against other outfits. Types of players we're looking for: -Players who enjoy socializing in tight-knit squads and the camaraderie that comes with it. -Players who chase special group moments, whether it’s a last minute alert win or a huge under-popped tower defense -Players who are motivated to improve their gameplay in order to become an all-star player; a force to be reckoned with. -Players with their own unique voice and personality; not anonymous phantom players. Types of players we don't want: - Confrontational or competitive jerks who take their frustrations out on newbies. - People who regularly teamkill out of anger. - People who play music on proximity chat and do other childish things. We do have a selective process, which begins upon entry into the outfit. Requirements for membership include a Basic Training event and strongly encouraged uniform attire. Though not a ‘hardcore military’ group we have several players with military experience and we do utilize real life tactics that are viable in the game.
