So, does every sniper rifle come with a free bottle of jack?

How is sway even a problem.....

Hold shift.. hold breathe.. kill 1 person stealth re-chamber a bullet zoom in while stealthed find a headshot.. hold breath unstealth get the head shot and rinse and repeat... if you are consistantly getting kills you will never be out of stealth charge... if your having problems finding kills you will have to manage the stealth energy.
