So glad I got rid of my Xfire setup and went with a single 290x. Game runs great on live in eyefinity and no stuttering.
As far as crossfire goes the PTS is the exact same as live. Still getting bogged down during fights and still getting strange flickering stuff going on exactly like in this post https://forums.station.sony.com/ps2...ing-cockpit-display-in-1st-person-esf.163203/
CodeForge, I am still experiencing much worse performance with crossfire enabled. I opened a ticket and the SOE rep said "As we do not offer any official support for Crossfire or SLI Setups our best suggestion would be to not use this feature with PlanetSide 2." Can you give us a hint as to these crossfire-related performance issues will be addressed? For example with crossfire on, flying a scythe in 3rd person view gives 50% more FPS than flying a scythe in 1st person view. With crossfire disabled, I get more FPS in both views.
