Shielding?

Not sure what this is but there was one particular guy in the warpgate with a cool shield effect when he was shot. Anybody know what this is?

My guess is that its that new glittery armor like you can get on the vehicles, in soldier form.

It also had a vision warping effect the video isn't showing. Like ripples in the air when bullets went near him

that's the loyalty camo on him, right?

Of course like all the other shiny things, you just became one hell of a tracer in night battles.

Well it's not anything that's available in the shop so what is it that makes that happen? also yes. it's the loyalty cammo, and that is not the culprit.

Throw an EMP grenade at warpgate and shot at people affected by it. You can see this "shielding" effect on that people.
