This is an old and log standing bug with medic, but running into more often, sooner. After performing a large amount of Shield+Heal+Reviving in a short amount of time the game begins to hitch, stutter, lose fps and screen tears. The only solution is to restart game or literally stop heal/reviving for a while until like the game can catch up/cools down (?). I play on Full screen, medium graphics, have a 3090 GPU and 5800x CPU. My system run perfectly except when i heal/shield/res a large amount in a short amount of time. Can provide video upon request.
