Survivalist implant lvl 5 reload buff doesnt wear off and stacks multiple times on the rocklet rifle, making it reload faster and faster untill it reloads instantly. After that you can even unequip the implant and the rocklet rifle will still reload instantly. I tested the rocklet rifle with the AV ammo but when i switch to normal rocklets while the buff was active, the reload is actualy slower than it was without the buff. Relogging fixes the bugg.
