I will make this short. If I sneak up on some HA with a rocket launcher in his hand, and I am 2 meters from him and he turns when I start shooting at him, and he fires his rocket.... tell SOE HOW THE **** DOES HE SURVIVE! The rocket launcher needs to cause FAAAAAR more damage to the user if they hit something within 5 feet from them.
