Blockade shield and deployment shield are purely defensive upgrades for the Sunderer. However, proxy repair and ammo are purely support upgrades which provide nearby allies repair and ammo but not itself. The cloak attachment seems to be a bridge between the two. It makes Sundy spotting much harder, and its cloak "bubble" also hides friendlies. While the former shouldn't reward itself in certs (defensive), the latter should (support). How would you fix this dilemma?
I'd say one way to reward it would be XP earned by the infantry around it within X seconds of their disrupting the cloak you gave them should provide an assist type of XP bonus to the sundy owner. Like a cross between the deploy kill bonus for owners of spawning vehicles and the vehicle-wide shared XP with other occupants.
it pays off itself because it stays longer undetected, therefore more infantry is able to spawn from it which returns more spawn xp. simple as that.
