When you revive someone you get 80 or so XP, if you have rank 1 in the ressing ability you can also get some XP from healing the ressed person. But when you have the highest rank of it you no longer have to heal anymore and you 'lose' XP. So my proposition is that for every rank of the healing / ressing ability you get 5 more XP per ress. Yes.
