I have not played in about a year and I'm about to start playing again now. I'm looking for a more milsim-y outfit which has fixed ranks and chain of command, At least weekly events, and that actively plays and communicates from 6 PM GMT and onwards. I don't want a hardcore, get shouted at for making a mistake, 18+ only outfit that kicks you after missing a single event, I just want an outfit that's goal is still to have fun, but is formal and focuses on teamplay (Spawning, Moving, And dyeing together, TS ect.)
