What exactly does the resist shield do? The description says it mitigates damage, does that mean it lessens the damage you receive from each hit? Ive been using the nanite mesh generator ability so i havent had much experience with the resist shield.
everthing takes the dmg health and all , they really need to describe theses shields better lol now its horrible all you can understand from it is bla bla mitigates for resist and adrenaline is bla bla 25% if you kill someone but we dont know if it is like NMG then have 25% or does resist shield lose effectivness if you lost health wich does ...look deeper in ther forums in classes in Heavy assault if you like maths and arguments you will love this.
Yes, the resist shield mitigates a portion of the damage done. It also does not lose power from taking hits, so the good part is you can have it running until you die unlike the NMG.
Resist shield decreases any damage you take by half. Though it was recently stealthily nerfed and any damage of 400 or more(so mostly sniper rifles, AT weapons, some NC weapon headshots) goes right through it.
