[Suggestion] Remove spawn timers on armor and maxes

    And make it so that the reduced spawn timer cert line becomes reduced resource cost line. Or just remove it, not like reduced timers is meaningful now.

    People in dominating factions and who have premium boosts can regain their resources crazy fast. It would be tankpocalypse for the factions with little territory.

    Good to see someone thinking.

    But I think alot of people have certed it down already.

    There too many people with insta timers for the resource nerf to affect them

    The resource nerf just hurts new, non paying, players. and slows down slightly those BR 100 douchers who have been lolpodding since day one.
