So with the patch scheduled for Tuesday, I'm presuming that we get the cert refunds for nanoweave in the next couple of days after that (if not on Tuesday). I'm currently sitting at about 8k certs, and with the refund I would go over the cap of 10k. So do I need to spend certs now and make room for the refund, or will the refund just go over the 10k automatically since it's not normal cert gain?
refunds will push you over the cert cap, but you wont be able to make anymore certs until you fall back bellow 10k again.
