Simple and quick question: Is it worth investing more than 600 certs and loosing 2 bars of fire rate and some reload speed to get the Equinox and HV bullets?

Nope. The Equinox is a bit of a meh gun and unless you really want those underbarrel attachments just stick with the pulsar (or get the H-V45 it's awesome in cqc)
