PTS Update - 2/23

The PlanetSide 2 Public Test Server will come down this evening for an update.

Construction:

(New) Decay
Buildings without power from an active Silo will now take damage over time and be destroyed within 10 minutes.
Dev Note: This is to clean up abandoned bases.

Misc:

• Exclusion Zones for all construction objects have been standardized. This allows different modules to be placed next to each other.
• All construction objects have had some of their inner workings standardized.
• Repair Module should no longer cause players to shout about repairing other players when active.
• Yellowjacket and Howler Mining Laser are now using a new classification of resistance, Siege. However, we are aware this is currently not working as intended, and are looking into a fix.
  Dev Note: We're looking to make these weapons useful for siegeing construction objects. They will be very effective against walls and buildings, but less effective against modules. Also, they will not be able to harm Silos (to try and prevent rushing an ANT silo smash).
