I wanted to try out some stuff on PTS but found out that that's essentially impossible since the Koltyr patch and a lot of stuff (and bases) is unavailable there. There is never enough pop on PTS to warrant opening any of the other continents. The last time Amerish, Esamir, Hossin and Indar were locked was three days ago, so only Koltyr has been open that entire time. Please permanently unlock all continents or at least set the population thresholds to zero.
