PS4 US & EU Client Only Hotfix - 10/31

    No downtime required, just restart the game to pickup the latest client.

    Bounties are enabled again.

    One of the major crashing issues is now fixed. We still have a couple more to go, more logging and speculative fix to those will be going out next.
