Allow it to log into the game to recieve passive cert bonuses. Obvious as to why we would request this. Either that, or remove the passive cert gain per day limit that people have. Because what purpose would you have to penalize players who can't log in every day other than to artificially boost the unique logins per day to make your game seem more popular than it is?
The point of the login xp collection is to force players to log in in the hopes that they will play and provide content for other players. Bonus XP is the carrot to maybe fill the servers.
