the only thing consistent about region chat as of late is that when ever it would be most useful to coordinate the defense of an area, it is broken it's continually broken state is also forcing the general populous to relay information in yell chat, which at that point we might as well just write the TR and the NC a nicely worded letter with the base passcodes inside.
