PlanetSide 2 Auto-Kick

There have recently been some concerns brought up regarding the new PlanetSide 2 auto-kick system for PC players. This has been very successful in preventing a number of individuals from regularly disrupting gameplay on our servers through cheating, excessive teamkilling, etc.. A very small number of highly skilled players, on new accounts and in specific situations claim to have reached thresholds designed to alert us of abuse from new accounts. Our intention of course is not to catch legitimate players and we have set parameters we feel will accomplish this.

We want to ensure it’s understood that adjusting your play style to intentionally trip our system, although extremely difficult to do, will result in the inability to play on that account until a review has been made by the Customer Support team. Done on enough accounts there is a possibility you could lose access to your main account as well, so play such accounts at your own risk.

To be clear this only affects new accounts and the chances of reaching these parameters unintentionally without cheating is extremely low.
