I stopped playing planetside 2 for 2 months then come back update and try to play for the last few days. when i saw the 4-404 on my launchpad i went looking for what it is listed as, a cannot connect and should be resolved in a couple minutes yet it never resolves for me. I have tried disabling avast for duration of the game, that dosnt work. I have tried disabling my firewall, that dosnt work. I have tried reinstalling on steam and installing on my ssd and neither work all my pc drivers are up to date and should have nothing to do with any problem i am having on the game. this is what my launch pad looks like. I have no access to any settings or anything but to minimize or close it
Sounds like there is a discrepancy with your connection to the game.I recommend submitting in a support ticket so we can look into this further for you. Please be sure to include your Dxdiag and Msinfo.
